A . Creative Visualization


Look for me is watching movies with my third eye . When you see you bring your awareness to your third eye (the third eye between the eyebrows ) and the practice of “seeing” him. What do you imagine when you eat healthy food ? What do you taste ? How do you feel ? Whenever your taste buds crave a takeaway pizza or Chinese sweet or high-calorie , visualize yourself eating a plate full of vegetables and fish or chicken with a colorful salad. Your mind will be recycled after a while and you can celebrate the success of being able to resist unhealthy foods.


Two . Emotionally or physically hungry hungry ?


Whenever you want to eat that chocolate bar inside your drawer at work to test yourself if you are emotionally or physically hungry . Ask yourself: Am I emotionally hungry? I am physically hungry? You can find the answers to these two questions by muscle testing . Muscle power tests or tests are handmade in general. It can also be done standing . But now I describe you the method of the hand. You take the dominant hand and place the thumb and middle finger and the creation of a circle . Then take your thumb and middle finger of the other hand and use them as pliers, whose job is to test the strength of your thumb / finger dominant connection. We will try to test energy. Three . chromotherapy


It is a marvelous technique that applies color therapy . Vibrant lift our mood and colors make us happy. Living in a house with a beautiful color coordinated and gives us a feeling of happiness , comfort and our peace . We can apply this knowledge to our eating habits , especially for emotional eating . Every morning when you wake up thinking of your favorite color. Then , imagine that you are surrounded by this color. Taking long deep and imagine the color you breathe through your body , starting with your feet and completely fill breaths. Repeat this exercise regularly , you can. This will help stop overeating before the thoughts come .

The key is not to add one more thing on your plate, but to replace something. Where waste time are you going ? Take a few minutes to review your day and see where you spend time on non-productive activities and replace your motivation in the morning!


Here are three simple steps to create your own daily motivation to lose weight!


A . What is your “why” for weight loss ? Take a moment to visualize your experience really why. You can be on the beach in a bikini, be free of diabetes or a roller coaster with your child. Whatever your reason, take a moment to close your eyes and take in society. Create this intense desire to feel good about that will remind you why you chose to take certain decisions today.


Two . Now this desired feeling, visualize your day. What you choose to eat for breakfast , lunch and dinner ? Visualize what you will say that no choice because they are inspired with your why. Go through your day and visualize goals to implement for the day.


Three . Finally , take a moment to feel the victory! How will you feel at the end of the day when he was able to integrate its goals and are full of energy, and you chose healthy food choices ?


It is important to understand that the subconscious mind works with images. This is not the same as the reflection in the previous steps, the steps that must be performed through visualization . You should first look in mind and manifest into reality . All areas of life, including health , fitness loss / fat, career changes , relationships, etc. always start with the right mental attitude .


Your mental attitude is the way you think about health , nutrition and exercise . It is also the way you think about your life in general in general. Or you react or respond to life by his attitude.

The main reason I believe that many diet programs and exercise do not work is that the person does not agree 100% . They clearly know what they want and are not responsible for their actions and results.

Feed your mind with the right information on diet and exercise (such as a change of lifestyle) and tell your body to follow – it will.
