Instinctively, we tend to do what the people around us do. Behind the scenes, the control and motivation of these unconscious decisions is our subconscious. We are motivated by the fear of pain and desire for pleasure. It’s really that simple .


Face it, we’re busy . How to add more activity when our plate is already full we? So I ‘ll walk you through the steps of what I call my motivation morning. It only takes a few minutes. The key is not to add one more thing on your plate, but to replace something. Where waste time are you going ? Take a few minutes to review your day and see where you spend time on non-productive activities and replace your motivation in the morning!


Here are three simple steps to create your own daily motivation to lose weight!


A . What is your “why” for weight loss ? Take a moment to visualize your experience really why. You can be on the beach in a bikini, be free of diabetes or a roller coaster with your child. Whatever your reason, take a moment to close your eyes and take in society. Create this intense desire to feel good about that will remind you why you chose to take certain decisions today.


Two . Now this desired feeling, visualize your day. What you choose to eat for breakfast , lunch and dinner ? Visualize what you will say that no choice because they are inspired with your why. Go through your day and visualize goals to implement for the day.


Three . Finally , take a moment to feel the victory! How will you feel at the end of the day when he was able to integrate its goals and are full of energy, and you chose healthy food choices ?


It is important to understand that the subconscious mind works with images. This is not the same as the reflection in the previous steps, the steps that must be performed through visualization . You should first look in mind and manifest into reality . If you incorporate these three simple steps to your morning routine , I promise you that you will gain weight loss motivation and start being more consistent with changes in healthy lifestyle !
