All areas of life, including health , fitness loss / fat, career changes , relationships, etc. always start with the right mental attitude .


Your mental attitude is the way you think about health , nutrition and exercise . It is also the way you think about your life in general in general. Or you react or respond to life by his attitude.


It is a fact that there are many other so-called “reasons” or “excuses” for why the programs do not work for people. However, there is a reason I think is the culprit. The main reason I believe that many diet programs and exercise do not work is that the person does not agree 100% . They clearly know what they want and are not responsible for their actions and results.

After ” half try ” for a few weeks, they raise their hands and say ” not working ” And who is to blame? They accuse the Creator, the people around them, or even genetics. Each person is responsible for himself.


If he wanted to climb Mount Everest , start by knowing what you want to reach the top of the mountain , then accelerate. And persistent effort , one step leads to another step , then another. Finally, you ‘ve reached the top .


To mold your body and change your health is also very similar to working your way up the ladder of the company. Generally, you should start from the bottom and work your way up.


Are we lazy as a species?


It is a new era in which we live, where technology reigns in the field. Technology helps the human race forward. Manufacturing industries support and delivery of products and services much faster and more efficiently. It helps the consumer to book a flight without having to walk or drive to the travel agency. Technology will reduce the travel time needed to get to work. And as you can see, it was also incredibly lazy .


This laziness factor plays an important role in making people think they should immediately get the desired results . An example of this is wanting to lose 100 pounds in one month after abs . They expect that the nature of circumventing the rules for them. It does not work that way and never will . For one to live healthy , burn fat or gain weight takes time , energy and money and perhaps no other way around it. You must be willing to give everything you have and more !


Start simply by taking one step at a time. Focus on one thing at a time. If the final result you want is a slim toned body , but you are overweight, start losing the extra weight first. Make it a habit to think and act in new ways that will have an average overweight and half after adjustment.


His mind and what you feed it helps build self-esteem . Self-esteem is also known as self-image – the perception of itself. Did you know that your body is completely controlled by your mind? Each piece of muscle tissue and all organs are completely controlled by your mind, consciously and unconsciously. The mind is responsible for every move you make . As you read these words , you literally said the eye muscles to do. The fact is that you can say about any part of your body to do something – and it will. Feed your mind with the right information on diet and exercise (such as a change of lifestyle) and tell your body to follow – it will.
