A . Creative Visualization


Look for me is watching movies with my third eye . When you see you bring your awareness to your third eye (the third eye between the eyebrows ) and the practice of “seeing” him. Whenever you want to eat that chocolate bar inside your drawer at work to test yourself if you are emotionally or physically hungry . Ask yourself: Am I emotionally hungry? I am physically hungry? Three . chromotherapy


It is a marvelous technique that applies color therapy . Vibrant lift our mood and colors make us happy. Every morning when you wake up thinking of your favorite color. Then , imagine that you are surrounded by this color.
