In the United States, around 455,000 young immigrants were permitted to live and work there. During the first 13 months of deferred action is when this was passed and was concerned on childhood arrivals. The department under the homeland security was responsible for the information released. It has not been easy for the state to document while creating a path for the young individuals. Deferred action for dreamers is the representation of the young individuals who ought to be accepted in united states and happen to have been brought there as kids. The term dreamer is the representation of those accepted to live and work there.
It was president Obama who sometime back came up with the decision to halt the deportation of undocumented young persons. He then urged the congress to approve the immigration bill from the senate. There is no threat posed to these illegal immigrants who happened to be brought in still as kids as per the program. If they meet the criteria, they qualify to apply for relief from being deported.
The young women and men had America in their hearts and soul hence there was no need for their deportation and instead should be given a chance to advance with their lives. This was quoted from the president of United States of America, Obama. Hope has shone to lives of thousands of deports who are ambitious and hardworking through the acting of administration. Every day the number of approval is increasing since the start of this program.
The young people are allowed to obtain a driving license once they are in possession of deferred action status and work. The state took part in helping individuals who wished to join college as this was a glorious opening to them. The authorization is meant to last two years but in case an individual committed a crime, the status would be taken from them. The pressure carried by these young persons on deportation was relieved and they could now live peacefully.
The particular dream act would have gone through in 2010 if the vote in senate went through but unfortunately it did not. Gang of eight immigration bill which happened to pass the senate was meant to help the dreamers. This however was opposed by republican leaders who vowed not to take the legislation. Bob Goodlatte the judiciary committee chairman together with majority leader by name Eric Cantor, are working hard to give a legal status to these dreamers although it is not vivid if the path citizenship is inclusive.
With the deportation threat erased from the lives of those brought to America as kids, it has on the other hand eased the efforts of authorities in curbing instances of insecurities in the neighborhoods. This, according to president Obama, also provided peace and tranquility among students who aspired to learn and pursue their education.
The initial steps taken to re-install freedom to the immigrants was not the final solution in this program. This however was the first step to a great thing thereafter. The bipartisan and the commonsense bill was vital and if passed would help the young immigrants a great deal. Their settling would enhance living up to the doctrines of the state as a nation of these immigrants.
This, in conclusion, is an important step forward to economic growth, however, it should be noted that one cannot travel once they request for deferred action. Future immigration consequences will be as a result of not following the desired steps in departing the United States of America.
